Coaching Nederland B.V. (CNL) is a coaching provider founded in 1993 by Alex Engel, with one central mission: To help our clients achieve the best possible results in reaching their goals.

The Team

In addition to the tremendous dedication and effort of many coaches who make Coaching Nederland (CNL) the organization that provides the best coaching 24/7 for everyone, there is a compact management team and several partner companies that handle the daily operations of Coaching Nederland. Below, we would like to introduce ourselves to you.


Monique Jongmans

Monique Jongmans, in addition to her role as an experienced coach and trainer, serves as an account manager for the disability insurance providers for whom we provide coaching. She acts as the vital link between the client and the coaches, ensuring that the right coach is matched to the right request. As a coach, she helps her clients uncover the deeper question behind their initial inquiry. As a trainer, she inspires, guides, and creates a supportive learning environment for effective leadership development.


Monique Koopman

Monique Koopman is the director of the Executive Coaching division at Coaching Nederland. She is an experienced, accredited Master Coach and has been actively working as a top (team) executive coach for many years. She recognized the need for a trusted resource for top executives, where they can connect with various professionals who help them achieve the ultimate victory: surpassing themselves by performing better each day than the day before.


André Wilbrink
André Wilbrink is a partner at Coaching Nederland. In this role, he is responsible for quality, maintaining existing relationships, and developing new connections. With his management experience in various organizations, he contributes to Coaching Nederland’s mission to promote sustainable growth and development. As a coach, he supports clients not only in achieving business goals but also in personal growth and leadership development. He always takes a results-driven and personalized approach that aligns with the values of Coaching Nederland.


Alex Engel
Alex Engel, in addition to being the founder of Coaching Nederland and an accredited Master Coach, is a leading authority in the field of coaching. He has been coaching since 1993 and is also the founder of the Dutch Order of Professional Coaches, the author of several books and publications on coaching, and the initiator and investor in UpGuide, the Netherlands’ top online coaching and personal development platform. Alex is always looking for ways to improve the things we do collectively, striving to make them even better.


Quint Engel

Quint Engel, indeed the son of founder Alex Engel, leads Westland Webdesign and is responsible for web design and SEO marketing strategy within the Coaching Nederland management team. In addition to being a passionate entrepreneur, Quint has been active in motorsports for 25 years. In recent years, he has participated less in competitions and focused more on instructing people who want to learn how to race. This makes him a perfect fit for the “network of experts” that strengthens Coaching Nederland’s services.
